Ambassador calls for support for Nepal to fight COVID-19 among the Nepali diaspora in Chicago, Dallas and Houston

In connection with leading the mobile consular services camps of the Embassy in Chicago, Illinois from April 16-18, and in Dallas, and Houston, Texas from May 14-17, Ambassador Khatiwada had interaction with local Nepali community organizations, business persons, chamber leaders, politicians and city officials/representatives.

During these meetings he appealed Nepali community organizations to support Nepal in its fight against COVID-19 pandemic by supplying critically needed medical items to Nepal.

During the consular services camp in Chicago a total of 111 service seekers received various consular related services. While the camps in Dallas and Houston served 214 and 90 persons respectively with various consular services.
