Ambassador Khatri on 6th June 2023 paid a courtesy call to Congressman Mike Carey (Representative, R-OH, 15th District) at his office in Capitol Hill and exchanged views on various dimensions of Nepal-US relations, including the possibility of the Congressman’s joining the proposed revitalized Nepal caucus in the US Congress, his support to reauthorize the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and Nepal Trade Preference Program (NTPP) under Trade Facilitation and Enforcement Act (TFTEA) 2015.
