Notice: Minimum foreign investment limit for Nepal reduced:
The government of Nepal has reduced the minimum threshold (limit) of foreign investment to Nepal from Nrs. 50 million to Nrs. 20 million effective from 14 November 2022. However, there is no such limit applicable to the foreign investment made by non-resident Nepalis to invest in Nepal through an investment company jointly established by the Government of Nepal and non-resident Nepalis.
