Technical Issues on e-Passport Online Application System

Currently we are having some technical issues on our e-Passport online application system ( while filling out online form for passport renewal. Some applicants are complaining of getting an error message “Not Enough Capacity” while trying to submit their application. Unless otherwise notified, we advise applicants to adjust their computer/laptop date and time setting into “Kathmandu, Nepal” before filling out the e-passport online application. Normally, it should work doing so. If this doesn’t work, please email at and request for appointment date and time.
