Ambassador Sridhar Khatri had a courtesy meeting with Honorable Congressman Robert B. Aderholt (Representative, R-AL, 4th District). Ambassador and Rep. Aderholt exchanged views on various dimensions of Nepal-US relations including the proposed Nepal Caucus in the US Congress, reauthorization of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and Nepal Trade Preference Program (NTPP) under Trade Facilitation and Enforcement Act (TFTEA) 2015. During the meeting, Ambassador Khatri thanked the Congressman for his contribution as a Nepal Caucus member in the past and requested him to join the proposed revitalized Nepal Caucus in the US Congress.
