During the meeting, Ambassador Khatri extended sincere thanks to Rep. Lieu for his continued support and goodwill to Nepal as a valuable member of the US congressional Nepal caucus. He requested Rep. Lieu to join the proposed revitalized Nepal caucus. The Ambassador also requested Rep. Lieu for his support to reauthorize the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and Trade Facilitation and Enforcement Act (TFTEA) 2015, which offer better access to Nepali goods in the US market.
