The Embassy hosted a reception on September 19, 2024 to celebrate the Constitution Day and the National Day of Nepal. Extending his greetings and best wishes on the occasion, Chargé d’affaires (CDA) Kumar Raj Kharel highlighted the progress Nepal has made since the promulgation of constitution in 2015, particularly in strengthening its inclusive democracy and in achieving sustainable economic growth.

Charge d’ Affaires, a.i. Kumar Raj Kharel welcomed the Nepali delegation led by Secretary of the Government of Nepal Ram Krishna Subedi at US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) headquarters in Washington, D.C. on 19th August 2024. As part of its public engagement, the Embassy participated in the second edition of ROYALS RUN (10k/5k/1k) in Fairfax, Virginia on August 17, 2024.
