On October 23, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) and Minister for Finance Hon. Bishnu Prasad Paudel met with Executive Director (ED) of World Bank Dr. Wempi Saputra at the World Bank Headquarters. DPM Paudel congratulated ED Saputra for being reelected and wished for his successful tenure. ED Saputra assured the Minister of the Bank’s increased engagement in Nepal’s development endeavours aligning with the government’s priorities.
