Finance Secretary Toyam Raya met with Deputy Vice President of Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Jonathan Brooks at MCC headquarters in Washington, D.C. on 17th April 2023. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on matters related to ongoing preparatory works for the entry into force of the MCC Compact by August 2023. Ambassador Sridhar Khatri, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Finance Shree Krishna Nepal and other members of Nepali delegation to the Spring Meetings of the World Bank and IMF also attended the meeting.
