Ambassador Khatri held an informal dinner for Rear Admiral (Retd.) Pete Gumataotao, Director, Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) and Captain (Retd.) Richard F. Dick Sears, Dean, Admission and Business Operations at his residence on August 24, 2022. DKI APCSS is a Think Tank based in Honolulu, Hawaii, and has close interaction with members of Security Forces and Academics in Nepal. During the course of their meeting they exchanged views on further strengthening the areas of cooperation between Nepal and DKI APCSS.
