Nepali citizens applying for the Relinquishment of Nepali Citizenship are required to submit the supporting documents mentioned below.

1. Original Nepali Citizenship Card.
2. Nepali Passport.
3. One recent photograph.
4. Copy of the U.S. Passport.
5. Copy of the U.S. Certificate of Naturalization.
6. $25 Money Order or Cashier Cheque only.
