Ambassador Khatiwada today paid a courtesy visit to Massachusetts Capitol and had meetings with the Speaker of the House Ronald Mariano and Senate Vice-President William N. Brownsberger at their respective offices.
On the occasion, the Ambassador Khatiwada was given a tour of the House and Senate in session during which both the House and Senate passed resolutions to honor the Ambassador with citations and proclamations for his distinguished public services and outstanding contributions in advancing Nepal-US relations.
He also met with the House minority leader Bradley Jones Jr.
