Ambassador Khatiwada held a virtual introductory meeting with the Executive Board members of Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), USA, National Coordination Council (NCC), including its President Mr. Buddhi Subedi, on August 25, 2021, and shared views on deepening collaboration between the Embassy and NRNA in promoting the interest and welfare of Nepali community in the USA. Discussions during the meeting centered on, among others, collaboration and cooperation on COVID relief initiatives, developing database of Nepali community in the USA, effectiveness of consular services, promotion of trade, tourism, investment, and transfer of knowledge, skills and technology to Nepal.
