Bala Nanda Sharma (Rtd.) of Nepal Army in Washington, D.C. on 8th April 2024. On the occasion, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Programs and Operations in the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, State Department, Rachel Schiller said that the US State Department and Department of Defense is willing to assist Nepal in developing a strong NDU, including its curriculum.
