Right Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ was welcomed by Ambassador Sridhar Khatri on 17th September 2023 upon his arrival in New York, along with members of the Nepal Mission to the UN. The PM is leading the Nepali delegation to the 78th Session of the UN General Assembly, while Foreign Minister N. P. Saud is the Deputy Leader of the delegation. The Prime Minister is scheduled to address the session in its General Debate on the 21st September. On the sideline of the General Assembly session, on 20th September, the Prime Minister is scheduled to address the program ‘Democracy Delivers’, organized by the USAID, Ford Foundation, and Rockefeller Foundation.
