Ambassador Sridhar Kahtri hosted a reception at his residence on 19th July 2023 in honor of the visiting Nepali Parliamentary delegation comprising Hon. Prakash Pantha, Chair, SDGG Committee, and Member, National Assembly; Hon. Mahesh Kumar Bartaula, Member, House of Representatives; Hon. Madhav Sapkota, Member, House of Representatives; and Dr. Rojnath Pande, Secretary, Federal Parliament Secretariat. The delegation was in Washington, D.C. from 18-20 July during which they had meetings with representatives from National Democratic Institute (NDI) on parliamentary strengthening, and had a tour of the Capitol, the seat of the US Congress.
