Today, the Government of Nepal received 1.5 million doses of J&J vaccines donated by the Government of the United States of America (USA) through COVAX. The Embassy expresses its gratitude to the Government and friendly people of the USA for the generous support of vaccines against COVID-19 to Nepal at this difficult juncture. The Embassy is confident that such a friendly gesture from the USA will contribute further cementing already existing strong and close relationship between the two countries and the peoples.
