Urgent Notice
The Embassy of Nepal in Washington, D.C. would like to inform all the visa applicants that the Embassy will be introducing Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) in place of the existing handwritten visa, effective from August 21, 2023.
Handwritten visas will be issued to the applicants whose applications are received at the Embassy before August 21, 2023.
All the other requirements and processes, including the submission of physical passports to obtain a Nepal visa, remain the same.
